However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card) or for an exchange for the same item but in a different size or color, if available. Please contact us BEFORE sending an exchange item, due to availability. Please see below for more information on our return policy.




All returns must be sent back to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges which are nonrefundable, if you choose NOT use our pre-paid return shipping labels.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, if you choose to use your own carrier. We are not held liable for ANY packages lost during the transit process.




Contact us PRIOR to making an exchange to ensure availability of the item you would like to repurchase. Please note because we can't ensure our customer's will be issued the style/size they desire at the time their return item(s) come back to our warehouse, we are unable to accommodate our normal timeframe for returns.

Our customers that choose to exchange an item will have (7) days in order to contact us and send that item back once it has been delivered. If you do not contact us within those (7) days, there will be no exceptions and we can no longer accept that item for an exchange and you will be issued a E-Gift card in the form of store credit.

We will ONLY accept exchanges for the same exact item. Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and must have original tags attached. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when placing a new order for an exchange item.   




After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card). Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and approved. 


Damaged/Defective Items

You must report all damaged/defective items to us within 7 days of receiving your item in order for use to process your return effectively. In SOME instances certain defective items are able to be refunded in your original form of payment if the option is available to the customer at the time.

Final Sales Items

All items listed as Final Sale are Non-returnable. In an event of an unauthorized return, NatxCustomStyle reserves the right to apply 50% restocking fee for the following items Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Undergarments, Lingerie or Final sale items.


Please Note


           We will NOT accept any returned items that are worn, washed or damaged. If the Returned/Exchanged item is worn, washed or damaged the price of the item will get deducted from final return amount in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card) with a 25% restocking fee as well.


Refusal Order & Un-deliverable Address

Orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping cost.



We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject from customers at any time due to:

- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "Wardrobing" (Buying clothes or other items for one-time use and then returning them)

- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items

- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity (Using a reused, found, stolen, or altered receipt to return goods)
