Exchanges
Currently at this time NatxCustomStyle does not offer exchanges.
U.S RETURNS
ALL U.S returns must be sent back to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
* Free gifts, promotional items or gift cards are not returnable!
International Returns
Currently NatxCustomStyle does not offer free return shipping to our international customers, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. If you still would like to return an item please follow the instructions below.
All International returns must be sent back to us within twenty one (21) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
* Free gifts, promotional items or gift cards are not returnable!
All shipping fees, taxes, and duties that have been calculated on the original order will NOT be refunded.

How do I return an item? (Domestic returns)

Return Shipping Charges
For U.S.-based customers, we offer a “Pay Now to Unlock Free Returns” option for eligible items. By selecting this option and paying a small fee at the time of purchase, you can unlock free return shipping if you need to return an item later. With this option, there will be no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us.
If you choose not to pay this fee, and you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, which are nonrefundable. You may also be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later, at the rates required on the date you ship your item(s) back.
Please note that this service applies only to return-eligible items and does not override final sale or other store policies. Items marked as final sale or under specific policies (such as non-returnable lingerie or bodysuits) remain non-returnable, regardless of whether the “Pay Now to Unlock Free Returns” option was selected.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, if you choose to use your own carrier.
We are not held liable for ANY packages lost during the transit process.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined via email.
If approved, we will process your return in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card). Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will also recieve an email confirmation.
Damaged/Defective Items
You must report all damaged/defective items to us within 7 days of receiving your item in order for use to process your return effectively. In some instances certain defective items are able to be refunded in your original form of payment if the option is available to the customer at the time.

EXCEPTIONS
For reasons due to consumer protection and health codes, certain items are not able to be returned.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final Sales Items
All items listed as Final Sale are Non-returnable. In an event of an unauthorized return, NatxCustomStyle reserves the right to apply 50% restocking fee for the following items Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Lingerie or Final sale items.
Please Note
We will NOT accept any returned items that are worn, washed or damaged. If the Returned item is worn, washed or damaged the price of the item will get deducted from final return amount in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card) with a 25% restocking fee as well.
Refusal Order & Un-deliverable Address
Orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping cost.
WARDROBING
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "Wardrobing" (Buying clothes or other items for one-time use and then returning them)
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity (Using a reused, found, stolen, or altered receipt to return goods)
