Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed immediately. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.
Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will ship to the address that was entered at the time of placing your order.
Damage or Lost Packages
NatxCustomStyle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
*Unfortunately, NatxCustomStyle cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed delivery date. Once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider. It is their responsibility to make sure your package has been delivered.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert your full amount depending on the current rate at the time you place your order.
